One of indicators of the plant social policy is an employee social package stipulated by the collective agreement and focused on benefit and compensation provision. It covers the following:
- acquisition of labour safety tools and engineering safety means, periodic medical examination, health centers operation at the plant subdivisions, water schedule provision; health resort treatment and vacation of the plant employees and their families, children rehabilitation, arrangement of sport and cultural events;
- plant covers the compulsory medical insurance of all employees.
- in accordance with the current legislation employees of the plant are fully provided with special clothes, safety shoes, additional personal protection equipment and ablutions.

KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT stands for sport and healthy lifestyle promotion: Sports Palace Trubnik is a part of PJSC KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT comprising fitness facility to practice bodybuilding and powerlifting, boxing section which sportsmen became the winners of various boxing competitions both in Ukraine and in the world. Sports complex offers volleyball, basketball, handball, futsal and tennis activities where adults and children of plant employees are involved.
