Khartsyzsk Pipe Plant includes two main production subdivisions: Pipe electric welding shop No. 2 (PEWSh-2) and Pipe welding shop No.4 (PWSh-4).
PEWSh-2 is specialized for
manufacture of longitudinal SAW pipes used in construction of main pipelines.
There are three production lines for high-strength pipes manufacture (strength categories up to Х80 or K65 inclusively) in the shop:

Ø 1220 and 1420 mm in diameter, with wall thickness of 9.5-26.7 mm with double longitudinal seams.
It was commissioned in 1974.
Line capacity is 532.9 thous.tons -
Ø 711-1067 mm in diameter, with wall thickness of 7.1-17.5 mm with single longitudinal seam.
It was commissioned in 2000.
Line capacity is 400 thous.tons -
Ø 508-1420 mm in diameter, with wall thickness up to 40.0 mm with single longitudinal seam.
It was commissioned in 2007.
Line capacity is 200 thous.tons
Since 2007 KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT has been using three production lines at PEWSh-2:
- line for manufacture of 1220 and 1420 mm diameter pipes, with wall thickness of 9.5-29.0 mm with double longitudinal seams (Electrostal Heavy Engineering Works);
- line for manufacture of 711-1067 mm diameter pipes, with wall thickness of 7.1-17.5 mm with single longitudinal seam (Novokramatorsky Machine Building Plant);
- line for manufacture of 508-1422 mm diameter pipes, with wall thickness up to 40.0 mm with single longitudinal seam (Haeusler).
The entire product mix manufactured at the plant is certified according to API, EN standards and in the national system UkrSEPRO.
PWSh-4
consists of the areas for external three-layer polyethylene coating application
(capacity
is 663.2 thous.
tons) and
internal epoxy flow or anticorrosion coating application for
all pipe range manufactured by the plant (capacity is 450.2 thous. tons).

- Railway shop.
