Active hostilities were conducted in the last few months near Khartsyzk, but now city gradually continues to return to peaceful life. The Studio of child esthetic development "Splash of Talents" was established in general education school No. 6, supported by PJSC "KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT" of Metinvest Group.
Teaching staff of the school participated in the contest "We Improve the City" and won financing for their project in the beginning of the year. Now more than 200 pupils will actively develop their talents.
Concert and theatrical mini scene with music equipment , desk for decorative-applied and fine art practice, equipment for sand therapy was purchased thanks to Metinvest and enthusiasm of teachers of this school.
As explained by project manager Irina Borisenko, the new studio will make pupils leisure more interesting, will contribute to intellectual and spiritual development of learners and will help to reveal gifted children.
“You have no idea how much talented children we have! “, Irina Alekseevna has said. “Everyone wants to attend Studio circle. We are glad to give opportunity to our pupils to develop their abilities and to give them joy of communication not only in the classroom but in a homelike creative atmosphere”.
A school psychologist will be there in addition to music and theatre classes. The subject matter specialist will conduct the sand therapy courses with children, relaxation using music and video materials. Pupils will be able to explore their inner world with the help of sand pictures, to feel freedom of expression. Teachers and parents hope that new educational techniques will help children to master the material in the classroom with more success.

My child went to music circle with great pleasure and burning eyes. It’s a good thing for our children to have possibility to reveal themselves and to receive positive emotions in such difficult time", Yulia Prudskaya, mother of one of the Talent studio pupils, has said.
The Studio just started working, but its pupils stay there after school and attend “the circles” with a great pleasure. Teachers hope that when it becomes more peacefully, more children will return home and "Splash of Talents” will help them to reveal their best qualities.

Moreover, the products are certified in the national certification system as also for compliance with requirements of EN 10208-1-2, ISO 3183 and PN-EN ISO 3183 standards with the right of application of Polish safety sign “B”.
In 2013 “KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT” successfully passed the certification audit of Energy Management System for compliance with ISO 50001 standard requirements.
“Lean Enterprise” program is actively implemented in the main and auxiliary subdivisions of KHARTSYZSK PIPE. In 2013 the plant became the leader of “Lean enterprise” program implementation and headed the list among Ukrainian assets of Metinvest Group owing to its active position.
Upon the results of 2013, “KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT” was awarded the social diploma of I level, showing the stable growth dynamics of “Working environment” program at the company.
The top-priority goals in the social policy of “KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT” as a mainstay of the entire town are implementation of social programs and activities in education, health service and improvement of town infrastructure. In 2013 the volume of social investment of the company was approximately UAH 4 mln.
