On October, 24th the competition of professional mastery "Best young service technician of PJSC KHARTSYZSK PIPE - 2012" passed at KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT of Metinvest Group within the framework of celebration of Plant’s Day. The winners of competition are marked with diplomas and money bonuses.
11 young specialists of this profession from the main and auxiliary workshops of plant fought for the rank of “Best young service technician of PJSC KHARTSYZSK PIPE - 2012". Competitions that passed in two stages required from the young specialists knowledge of theory and practice. At an evaluation all factors were taken into account: observance of all rules and requirements of normative documentation on labor protection and safety, quality of the executed practical work and observation of technology, time for which a participant pulled off, theoretical skill and ability to apply the knowledge in practice. Winners, occupying first, second and third places, were marked with diplomas and money bonuses. So, on the results of competition, Gennady Shumeykin (Mechanical-repair shop) took the 1st place, Denis Cherchaga (PEWSh-2) - the 2nd place, Mikhail Brilinskiy (PEWSh-2) – the 3rd place.
“The high degree of preparation of participants became another confirmation of the responsible approach of young people of plant to such events. The young specialists of KHARTSYZSK PIPE understand that it is prestige and honored to be the best on a profession, therefore they aspire to development, wish to check their powers.
