On July, 2012 KHARTSYZSK PIPE of Group Metinvest completed realization of the next nature protection measure. The new dust-separating equipment is set and put into an operation In the pipe-welding workshop №2, it is intended for cleaning of off-gas from the options of the plasma trimming of ends of pipes. Investments in a project made about 1,4 million hrn.
A stationary module cassette filter with the mechanical method of filtration and self-wiping is intended for cleaning of muddy air from dust and aerosols, and also particles measuring to 0,05 micron. The unique dignity of filters of series of MDВ is self-wiping of filter cassettes. Without stopping working of filter, automatically there is cleaning of external surfaces of cassettes, through the powerful "shaking" by the impulses of the compressed air. As a result, expenses diminish on maintenance of options, the protracted term of exploitation of cassettes is provided. Also the new equipment will allow to shorten the gross volume of the troop landing of hard substances in atmospheric air on 40 t/ies as compared to previous performance.
