At PJSC “KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT” of Metinvest Group the new Regulation of serve and consideration of suggestions " Lean suggestion " is put in an operation within the framework of the program " Lean enterprise ".
The program "Lean enterprise" opens the new prospects of effective development for the enterprises of Metinvest Group. It is the transformed program of continuous operating improvements, but with more perfect approaches, that allowed to improve the terms of labour considerably, to bring down the amount of outages, to make a labour protection and industrial safety more perfect, to improve quality of the produced products. Within the framework of the program "Lean enterprise " three instruments are successfully inculcated: "5S", ТРМ, SMED, and the system of serve of suggestions(SSS) (" Lean suggestion ») operates.
The system of serve of suggestions is sent to activation of employees in process on the increase of efficiency productive processes. Useful suggestions can be sent to the improvement of any sphere of activity of the enterprise: productions, labour protection, environment protection or improvement of labour terms. The aim of this program is to realize creative potential of the employees.
According to the new Regulation of serve and consideration of suggestions, an initiator gets a money reward right after his project has been accepted at the first level (Committee of the subdivision). The sum of the fee for the suggestion without the obvious economic effect makes 30, 60 or 100 hryvnias, depending on the degree of influence on work of the subdivision.
A sum in size of 5% of annual effect is paid to the author of idea with an obvious economic effect.
We remind that PJSC “KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT” of Metinvest Group became the first enterprise of Metinvest Group, where the system of serve of suggestions was realized. The system of serve of suggestions has been operating at PJSC “KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT” from February, 21, 2011. In times of realization of the system of serve of suggestions the workers of the enterprise have given more than three hundred developments.
