Quality management system
Nowadays KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT has the Quality management system approved by the American Petroleum Institute, Quality Management Institute (Canada), state enterprise VNITI-TEST, Certification Association Russian Register as conforming to the requirements of API Spec Q1, ISO 9001:2008, DSTU ISO 9001:2009, STO Gasprom 9001-2012 standards, 8 certificates for specific types of products issued by leading foreign and native certification societies, such as ZETOM (Poland), American Petroleum Institute (USA), state enterprise VNITI-TEST (Ukraine) as well as European and international certificates for welding processes issued by the International Scientific and Technical Centre PATONCERT.
Environmental management system
The current Environmental management system is approved by the Quality Management Institute, Canada (QMI SAI GLOBAL), as conforming to the international standard ISO 14001:2004.
Occupational health and safety management system
The current Occupational health and safety management system is approved by the Quality Management Institute, Canada (QMI SAI GLOBAL), as conforming to the international standard OHSAS 18001:2007.
Technological supervision of the certified Quality management system, Environmental management system, Occupational health and safety management system, products, welding process and qualified production processes was conducted in 2010.
