KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT manufactures a wide range of steel SAW expanded pipes 508-1422 mm (20-56 inches) in diameter with wall thickness of 6.0-40.0 mm for working pressure up to 9.8 MPa for gas and oil pipelines, thermal power plants, heat networks and general purpose.

Growth of global oil and gas production in the 21st century will be inextricably connected with complication of field exploitation conditions: development of offshore hydrocarbon production sites and increase of fluids corrosive activity. Constant market research even now gives the opportunity to KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT to perform the active work on mastering new future-oriented products:
- pipes for offshore piping systems;
- high pressure pipes: single seam pipes for working pressure 11.8 MPa and double seam pipes for working pressure 9.8 MPa;
- corrosion-resistant and cold-resistant pipes;
- hydrogen sulfide-resistant pipes.
The manufacturing technique of the following products was mastered at the plant in 2010:
- hydrogen sulfide-resistant pipes 530 mm in diameter and wall thickness of 19 mm of К50 steel grade;
- single seam thick-walled pipes 1220 mm in diameter and wall thickness of 32 mm.
Mastering and manufacture of cold resistant pipes with diameter of 530 mm and wall thickness of 10 and 12 mm of К60 steel grade for the working pressure 11,03 MPa for Yurkharovskoye gas field construction became the most important event for KHARTSYZSK PIPE. The distinctive feature of the products manufactured by the plant is that the temperature operating limits withstand minus 46º C.
