One
of the strategic directions of the company social responsibility is provision
with safe working conditions. Understanding the responsibility in full measure
in its daily activity PJSC KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT tends to attain zero rates of
industrial injuries and work-related diseases, aims for continuous improvement
of workplaces to increase occupational safety and improve the production
sphere.
Since 2003 the Occupational health and safety
management system has been functioning at the company within an integrated Management
System.
2010 - the plant passed the certification audit
according to the requirements of the international standard OHSAS 18001:2007
and confirmed the compliance of the current Occupational health and safety
management system with the requirements of the above mentioned standard.
2010 - KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT invested
approximately 2,5 mln. UAH to realize
the activities aimed to creation of safe and harmless working conditions.
As the result of executed work the accident rate was reduced by 43% in
comparison with 2009.
