Iurii Zinchenko has 2 higher educations with specializations in Ferrous metals metallurgy and International economy. He has a wide practical experience in iron and steel industry. Since 1997 he had been working for Azovstal IRON & STEEL WORKS, where he started as a blast-furnace keeper and afterwards became the Head of the technical department of PJSC AZOVSTAL IRON & STEEL WORKS. In April 2009 Iurii Zinchenko was appointed to the post of Chief Engineer of KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT. On September 24, 2010 the Supervisory Board of PJSC KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT made a decision on his appointment to the post of Acting Director General of PJSC KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT.
On April 12, 2011 the General Shareholders' Meeting of PJSC KHARTSYZSK PIPE took a decision on his election as Director General of PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT.
