PJSC «KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT», part of Metinvest Group, produces longitudinal SAW large diameter pipes 508-1422 mm in diameter with external anticorrosion and internal anticorrosion or flow coating for main gas and oil pipelines.
Plant facilities permit to manufacture more than 1.3 mln. tons of pipes per year including 665 thous. tons of coated pipes.
Today KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT is:
production experience gained for more than centenary history of the plant;
pipes manufactured of low-alloyed steel of Х42-Х80 grade;
pipes passed the most stringent process inspection at all manufacturing stages;
pipes well-protected against internal and external corrosion;
effective solutions for hydrocarbon storage and handling.
An integrated Management System ensuring stable high quality of the products to the customers is functioning at Khartsyzsk PIPE PLANT. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, API Spec Q1, DSTU ISO 9001, STO Gazprom 9001 create its foundation. Products of the plant are certified according to API, EN standards and in the national system UkrSEPRO.
In September 2010 C4Gas S.A.company (France), which is the main purchasing portal of the largest gas transmission and oil and gas companies in the European Union, finished the certification procedure of products and system of sales of Metinvest Group: Khartsyzsk Pipe was put in the list of trusted suppliers of the gas group of companies Gaz de France. Availability of the qualification certificate of C4Gas S.A. affords an opportunity for Metinvest to participate in tenders for large diameter pipes deliveries to European companies.
In 2010 Khartsyzsk PIPE PLANT commemorated 112th anniversary of its establishment.
